Should Hero upgrades be in the laboratory or stay as a building upgrade?

Yes, I follow your logic but my lab is already tied up 24/7 and I can (if I have the resources) 2 heros upgrade and still work on buildings to boot. I'd love having my hero but only if upgrading the hero was completely separate from upgrading my units

I would say laboratory because Heroes are mainly used for offense, they are easily lured on defense, so they should be in the offensive army upgrade place aka the laboratory. Builders are used for defensive/base buildings. Thats like using a builder to train spells ;).

Said all I have needed to on this topic. A quick summary is that I support the heroes being available during upgrades, whether that means half stats or longer recovery times, it is ridiculous without them. SC didn't respond to that last topic, so good luck.
