XY graph problem

So i have data and i want to draw XY graph how loot is depending of trophie count. But problem is i dont know on which axis i should display loot and on which trophie count. Trophies i think will be independent value and loot depends on it. So on which axis should be each values ?

Y trophys
X Loot .. the X marks the spot

I would put trophies on the Y

Put trophies on X, that way as trophies increase loot will increase as well, it will look much more normal

Trophy count is the changeable feature, the independent, therefore on the X axis :)

If the x-axis was cups and y-axis was loot then it would be better because it could show the relative increase/decrease of loot

I cant do it like how it would look better because its for school and there was some math law on which axis should put values :confused:

This. You are asking the question, "for a given amount of trophies, how much loot can we expect?".

Btw, this is a nightmare to collect reliable data for, and you also have to consider your TH level and loot penalties.
