The update you downloaded is what SC has been working on since they have priorities. The game wouldn't be fun if you always found bases with tons of loot, that's what makes it rewarding to find a good base in the first place. Honestly, if the loot is such a high priority issue, I'm sure they would address it sooner.
Change your trophy range :rolleyes:

Just raise or lower your trophies by 100 or so and see if that helps.
