I would say that you're right tgat they don't care, but it seems like they fixed the loot issue......so far.
So maybe they will fix this too. It can't be that hard to issue an in game warning.

I can feel your pair man, sucks to loose the gems - especially if you are collecting them from obstacles. As for taking it to the court: the case wouldn't hold up because we don't even own our Clash of Clans account, Supercell does and they can close/suspend/modify it anytime. You may chose to pay money to add gems to the account - that's a different story.
If this happens after every update, here is an idea, give them a few hours to get all the maintence breaks out of the way before you all start jumping in with both feet on the boosts.
Your posts shows your misunderstanding of the law. Compensation dies it work that way.
When you pay for specific gems that's it. If they let you use them and don't provide services it's a sort if theft
Stores own gift cards but not the money on them. There was a court case a while ago about it. After one year the store tried to steal the money not used on the card. And they even stayed that in the terms. The courts laughed at them and said its theft.
Almost the same thing here. But like I said, it doesn't really bother me enough to argue about it.
Well, this is definitively a smart idea but still not a valid defense in court.
"They should guess what we are doing" isn't a defense.
It's not like we are giving itinerary. Maybe they will roll out an update without maintainence. Not to long ago there was a break out if no where. Nothing to do with the update.
Calm down about non compensated loss if money ?
Again it doesn't bother me but people have a right to be burning mad about it. Kids play this game and some only get 5 bucks once in a great while.
You want to tell a little kid to go stuff it. It's only a couple of bucks.
Just a thought. Not being a smart A
