16/05 - Some known issues!

My troop request or typing does not appear in clan chat

There is something wrong with the resource collectors. Noone else has noticed this? I've been duped like 10 times now where the collectors look full but have scraps! It's like the land of 40k raids now since the collectors are so misleading.

b. put some buildings in the inventory and make other changes to the game area
c. while editing, lose connection/kill the game/lock the device
d. reload and go to the war base edit mode
e. all buildings that were moved around in the game area are set to their original position (the one from the already saved war base). Trying to place buildings from the inventory and repeating the steps will result in the same behavior.

Hi, so i was lvl 88 just 50 xp something away from level up to 89. then the update comes. after i install the update, the bar is full but i didnt feel it wrong as the number is like 4300 something..so i think the gap cant be seen. but soon after that, my army camp and other upgrades is completed. but i didnt go up to lvl 89, still stuck at lvl 88, the xp bar is still full but the number is like 1800...

could somebody explain? thanks

Hi Supercell,

at this moment I'm in a war with another clan. I got attacked with balloons and my 2 x-bows are always set to ground AND air troops. The attacker used Balloons and somehow they did not get shot down by my xbows.. I just watch the base in clanwars and my xbow has been changed to only ground troops.. is this a known error? because of that they got 1 star! I want to prevent that in the future...I always have them set for ground/air attack.

This is just an idea but i think there should be a clan bank where people can donate war loot and leader (or you could create a banker position to distrubute it) can give it out but only certain amounts can be given to every one person each day to prevent abuse but this would help out the clan and theres really no way this can be abused
another way to go abt this is all loot earner by the clan go be distributed evenly but i like the first idea better bc as leader i wanna help my lower people :)

I experience problem no. 1 so, what should I do admins? :(:confused:

All in the clan having this issue. My experience points have gone over the lvl up twice now. They reset and start counting again but the lvl has not increased. It's happened twice now so lvl 97 should now be lvl 99 but it hasn't changed. The xp bar is full maxed blue but I only have 1400 xp. Xp still goes up but when it's maxed it just re sets without changed my lvl up

After the update there are 99% russians in my global chat. They dont speak english.m. My village name is TharakaG. Im not a russian. I dont live in russia. My country is no way near russia. I appriciate if you can redirect me to an english chat.

I reported the issue with a screenshot but no response from supercell.
