You can only request every 20 or 30 minutes not sure but something like that
You can request again in precisely 20 minutes from your last request.
most of the time that I don't need to wait for request. I also have the same situation like yours. Here should have some rule for this.Quote:

When you click request, you can either use the troops you are given in an attack or leave them there to defend your town. when you click request you can't request more troops for 20 minutes, not 20 minutes from when you used the troops, 20 minutes from when you requested.Quote:
