If you have been inactive, your buildings should look dirtier, after 3+ attacks, or not going on for a week. So I think builders should have to polish buildings for 1000-10000 elixir, to make it look cleaner! Inactivity for 2 weeks or 7+ attacks! you have to pay gems.
