Should I upgrade

Base is posted (I hope) do you think I should upgrade my th or wait and max

If you have to ask if you're ready, you're not ready. You really should upgrade at least your defences to max before going to th9.

He is only Town Hall 7. Same principal applies though, upgrade your defenses, upgrade your barracks.

what level are your troops and spells??

walls.... lvl6 no way

I just glanced at the th in corner and guess I saw it incorrectly. I still say the same thing though, max defences at least. At th7 you should probably do walls also though.

Everything is maxed but barracks (only one is the rest are 1 level behind)
walls are all level 6 but 1 corner is level 7
and dragons are still level 1

other than that mines,collectors,spells,defenses, etc.

king is only level 3 (forgot to mention)

Your close, just finish and max. Dragons are a great unit and bk gets awesome at lvl 5.

Completely agree with this also I would add make sure troops are maxed out as well.
