Hybrid Troop Ideas
CoC already has a good variety of troops, but I wanted to throw an idea out there to see what the community thought about it. This troop can either be regular or dark elixir created, I'm not sure which would be more balanced. But the concept is a hybrid troop, something that both heals and deals damage. Yes we already have one healer and a healing spell, but we don't have something that does both. I know hybrid characters are hard to develop because it takes the focus off of one purpose, but if created properly, they can be very helpful. Here are a few possibilities:
Cleric - simplest form of hybrid, according to how the battle unfolds, this troop decides whether to heal nearby friendlies or cast damage spells (same range as wizards and archers) on enemy troops/buildings.
Alchemist - similar to cleric but slightly different actions. Instead of casting spells, this troop would decide to throw healing potions or damage potions based on how the battle unfolds.
Bard - a harp-playing troop that plays music to encourage nearby allies, causing an aura effect. This aura will move with the bard either heal or act as a rage spell for surrounding friendlies.
Is this too unbalanced or unrealistic? Or is this a decent idea and something you would like to have in your army? Also, please let me know if you like one the most out these three, I'm curious to know what you think

Alchemist no doubt: I find it more suitable than the others, and I've always been fond of alchemists (Been maining Biochemists in Ragnarok Online since forever).
Aside from that, they would be OP troops.

Too OP imo, and i think hybrid troops would ruin the theme of the game

Fair enough, being OP is definitely a concern with hybrid, but both damage and healing would be reduced as a result of the troop being able to have more than one purpose. I wish I could offer detailed DPS and HPS, and I might go into further character creation, including artwork, HP, and damage/healing output if this thread gets enough feedback. Thanks for your comments so far
