We all know what the X Bow is. It's a strong weapon that fiercely guards your base during an attack. However it is a pain to rearm it as if it were a trap and if out of resources to rearm it for the next raid it could mean death for your base. Post your opinion below!
The xbow fires elixir which is why you reload it.. SC even says that in the description
It is an incentive to stay active. If you go inactive I get to take all of the loot that is not being guarded by your empty xbow's and inferno's.
If you find it hard to arm an x-bow then you don't play enough or your town gets raided way too much. I always have way too much elixir and reloading for me is nothing. I wish I could use elixir for other things.
I think they should have free reloads, because it already costs gold to build and upgrade, why should it need more resources? Almost all other defenses don't even need reloads.
First of all, the xbow does not cost so much to refill. 50k is NOTHING, unless you rushed your town hall too fast (which i am not accusing any of you of doing) and only get 50k per raid. The poster i quoted is correct in that we don't need to reload any other building, but the xbow isn't like any other building is it? It is the machine gun of the game, it fires tons of shots per second. It is unique, not like other buildings, therefore it is ok if it needs to be reloaded unlike other buildings. After we buy the barracks and the lab, we still have to pay for troops and upgrades right? It would be foolish to be able to buy a building and get free upgrades, where is the challenge/fun in that? If you can't keep up with a high level defense then you aren't ready for the high level defense. Sorry to sound rude but its the truth.Quote:
