They should be unlocked at th8 but we all know they will be for th10s only
I hope they add them. I hope they are added for th8, but I am guessing it will be th9 or th10.
TH8 would fit the pattern; TH9 would help TH10s more too though.
It's always made no sense that a TH7 and a TH10 can have the same level of collectors.
