He is hidden so reinforced troops will deploy as soon as he is deployed but they will stand there doing nothing until he is revealed or other units are put on the field. Disarming traps will not reveal him but he will go after the reinforced troops if they are closer than the next trap but once he has been revealed he cannot disarm traps. Infiltrators can be revealed by Wizards Towers and Air Turrets. The Infiltrator is also an illusive unit which means all defenses will target other all other units before attacking him. This unit also clan climb walls, but he does this slowly.
Strategies for the Infiltrator. By placing the him as far away from the enemies castle as possible to give him the best chance of disarming all traps before deploying units, or send a small force to take out the castle and its units before placing him, adding in meat shields will also ensure if he is revealed he wont have complete focus by enemy units or defenses so he can continue taking out traps.
Counters for the Infiltrator. By sticking traps next to each other while he is disarming one trap the other will go off dealing damage and revealing the Infiltrator. Adding Air turrets or Wizard towers near your traps will allow you to detect the Assassin and give you the jump on him in allowing your defenses to get a shot at him before he goes and starts attacking before he even reaches his targets. The harder you make it for the Infiltrator to get to your traps the longer he will take running around before the opponent places more troops down giving them less time to win.
