My idea to improve the gaming clans

Hello everyone I'm new in the forum, and also in the game ( we play more or less 4 days) :D
I had come up with this idea for clans :

I noticed that and constantly increasing the number of people who enter into a clan , you do give strong characters and then leave the clan.
I thought if you could put some sort of timer type :

enter into a clan , and before you go out must pass a certain number of days or you have to ask the clan leader or co-leader to be expelled .

I thought what a sense for why and how very frustrating thing, especially for those like me who do not not many resources Penche low-level , who in good faith give some troops.
and then right and also as a game and especially ruin the gaming experience ...
I hope to be accepted as an idea, or at least do something like this ...

Thank you for the effort in translating, but I know from learning French that google translate doesn't work well. Translate your post back into Italian and you will have trouble comprehending it (and a good laugh too). I have trouble understanding your post, but what I got from it is you are asking for a timer before a new person can request, to prevent hoppers. Please tell me if I am wrong on what you are asking for.

for the insults, swears etc. .. there is already a function notifies player ;)
then it is obvious that each clan has its own rules, and usually when you get into a clan means to accept and be aware of what he gets, the more or less as when you register on a forum, you automatically agree with the rules of that forum.
if a player harasses you, you can ask the leader to do something

You appear to be proposing a solution for clan hoping.

A properly run clan where members must donate before requesting etc solves the issue.

The above isnt great. What if you join a clan where the leader is offensive for example?

People should be free to join and leave a clan as they wish.

for what they invented the key report and the inscription below the game loading: "in case of insults and injuries click on the player and use the report button to report it?"

I have no idea proposed quest to take away your freedom to the player, but in order to "protect" the small clan and new players, then you could do that when the clan reaches a predetermined number of players entered (for example, from 20 and up) you can leave when you want.
but then again: I proposed this ONLY to help new players and small or new clan :o

You taking our freedom away? What if all the members of the clan are offensive? We honestly are fine with hoppers taking our troops, it increases donations and exp. Makes us look better.
