If you have three barracks and you want to produce let's say a healer, you should be able to reduce the time it takes to build the healer by pooling the resource of the barracks. Even if it means you pay 10% more and only get a reduction of 15% of time per additional barracks.
This would be especially helpful for War clan castle donations.
