Does anyone know if Supercell are able to refund you if you buy diamonds by accident? I meant to purchase 130 and in a catastrophic lapse of concentration hit the 3750 option - now I'm in a complete panic

Wow.. I'm not sure I they do refunds (I don't think so)
but it's worth a shot
Contact support:confused:
I've emailed them, I'm just waiting for them to get back to me. I don't think they will but I'm hoping they'll take pity - I've just bought a house and really can't afford to have spent that much money on a game. I'm such an idiot :(
You need to contact Apple. Supercell has nothing to do with it. You bought your product via Apple and need to work with them to resolve. Supercell just sits back and collects the money.
Edit: I'm actually seeing conflicting information. Some say Apple. Others say contact clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net to assistance.
Good luck
I'm sorry about your accidental purchase but I think I heard loud cheers from the ♥♥♥♥♥♥Cell office.
Good luck in getting a refund.
I tried emailing from the wheel but it was the same email address I previously used and for some reason wouldn't send. I might try contacting Apple as well. Thanks everyone but I feel I'm onto a loser here :(:(:(
good luck I hope you get something back.
You need to contact Apple. They usually allow a one time incident of accidently purchasing something.
On my kids iTouch I have it set so you need to put in a password to install anything. I installed a game for my 5 year old son and the next day I received a charge for $50 for some fish game he had that was unrelated to the other game I installed. He knows that he can not purchase things and found out that a screen popped up saying thank in honor of thanksgiving day they were offering the $100 package for $50. He can not read so just clicked the button to make it go away but he accepted the offer. It allowed him to do an in-app purchase because it was not more then 15 minutes after I installed the other game and put in the app store password.
I contacted Apple and they said they reversed the charge but this was a one time only situation and told me how to disable in-app purchases. It only took him 2 days to blow through the $50 discount of the items he received and spent everything before I figured out what was going on. Not sure what you should do with all your diamonds if Apple does give you the refund.
Maybe bring in boat after boat and use it to fill all the sugar and dairy boats! :)
I had an issue with something that happened. Supercell responded very quickly and helped me resolve the issue very quick. I hope the same can happen for you.
