Successful defense of village gives temporary boost to collectors.
I see over and over, my village is pillaged multiple time in a row and does not get shield protection because my defense successfully stops an attack.
I would like to see my collectors get a temporary boost after a successful defense.
You can call it a morale boost.
This would leave me open to another attack but allow me to recoup some of the loss that I suffered from the previous battle.
My defense won the battle, reward my village. Defense is the other half of the game.

What about Demoralizing defeated attackers at the same time?
If your defense wins, your attacker's collector production rates are reduced temporarily.
I'm trying to think of ways that reward defense or soften the blow at least.
Currently, I would almost rather lose a battle and obtain a shield, than stop a multitude of attacks, only to have my stores looted each time.
What if he had a second account?
People like top players have tons of second accounts for cheap shields, and Im sure that one attacker attacking his second account would purposely surrender to get loot. It would be better not to have the defender gain in his collector. The attacks should have his collector slowed. slowing elixir collectors prevents people from attacking, in which u have to spend gems, and sc makes a profit, but people want to attack people all of the time and that would make people mad at the same time, so this is really a maybe idea.
