Add support to import or save multiple base layouts

I would like the ability to import base layouts from tools like Layout Builder (http://www.clashofclans-tools.com/Layout-Builder) or Clash of Clans Builder (http://clashofclansbuilder.com/build). It is far easier to build your base in these tools than using the native CoC tool. Alternatives would be to add a flat layout view to the existing tool which is easier to build with then the default 3D view that is rotated 45 degrees. Finally, all players to save multiple base layouts that can be quickly selected when you change your strategy from say farming to trophy building to clan wars.
