Hi Orz!
Really grateful for your efforts in creating AND posting your designs. I have used the Shuriken with great success. Made some modifications - closed off the compartments with trap before a single defense structure and instead placed the trap internally (again between defense structures) by moving the middle piece of wall (used it to close the compartments) and moving the trap there instead. If explanation does not make sense and you care to see it, search for "nsu fan club" clan, my ign is V2.
Since we can now have separate war and normal mode base, I have a modified Shuriken and swapped gold storages for Archer towers. I do consider using Dominion in its CW variation so need your advise.
What is your recommendation for best clan war base between those that you made? I am #14 in our clan of ~40. My defenses are
5x Cannon lvl 10
5x Archer Tower lvl 9
3x Wiz Tower lvl 5
3x Air Defense lvl 5
3x Mortar lvl 6
3x Tesla lvl 4
23 lvl 5 walls (around builder huts on shuriken corners)
118 lvl 6 walls (outside wall)
23 lvl 7 walls (most of internal walls)

Sadly I must bid farewell to Orz's bases (at least until he creates a TH9) as my upgrade to TH9 finishes in a few hours.
I used Tempest about 95% of my TH8 career. Tempest got me to Masters. I've been using Dominion the last week or two (with great success) to protect my DE as I finished maxing BK and getting the DE for AQ.

Great base man! I started using this a couple days back while I'm saving up for Barb King lvl 10 and after about 10 full on attacks, I've lost just 5 dark elixir. And really, maybe only 300k gold and my storages have been full the whole time. It has held up against hogs, giant/healer, wizards, you name it. This is the first base I've used that has kept TH9s from taking all my dark elixir, so kudos to you.
I'm torn between the Trapception.
Hey I just looked quickly at your base designs and I must say, you are very talented, nice work! Unfortunately, you're only a TH8 but when you hit TH9 I'd love to see what you come up with...to copy it lol :)
I have been using Tempest since starting th8. Never been 3 starred in CW.
I am now trying this new base! Thanks for proposing these great bases!
My storages are full! Will let you know how I attract the big guys ;-)
Idk why people use the tempest, I always get 3 starred with it.
