Multiple Clan Management (feeders)
I've had an idea that has possibly been brought up/thought of before, regarding managing a clan, in particular managing multiple clans. Feeder clans were created by the community and I'm surprised that Supercell have yet to embrace it. What I suggest is this: In the edit clan settings, include an option to "Add Feeder". Essentially all this will do is create a new clan with a few key differences, instead of creating a name you only need to create a suffix. For example my clan is "Alecto" so i could create a suffix "2.0" and it would default the feeder clan name to "Alecto 2.0". Clan badge would default to the same as the original clan, and any settings involving requirements for entry (which I also think you should be able to set to an experience level - i.e. level 50+) would be adjustable as normal. You could then create more feeder clans by repeating the process.
In the original clan, all elders, co-leaders and of course the leader would be able to switch to the feeder clan in chat the same as they currently do between clan chat and global chat. Automatic promotions could be then set up if a person in the feeder meets requirements of the main, and similarly the leader/co-leader could adjust settings to automatically demote any players in the main that fall below requirements. This could also be done by automatically sending a request to be accepted in the main, or more manually the leaders could send invites to players in the feeder for the main.
There's 2 issues I can see with this, both of which easily resolvable. First being people getting carried away with the amount of feeders they create. This could be sorted by either limiting the amount of feeders available, or by only making a feeder clan possible when the clan above it reaches a certain amount of players (40 or so). The other issue being what happens when somebody is ready for promotion and the main clan is full. This would simply mean that any promotions are on hold, it would then be up to the leaders to either demote players, kick players or decide not to make any changes to the clan (in which case promotions would stay on hold).
I'm sure there are more issues than I can currently think of, but even if it isn't done exactly like this I know there's a way to improve multiple clan management.
Thanks,
