Clan Wars - Please allow us to put together our own team of warriors.

As a (co)leader I would very much like to be able to pick a team of warriors from my clanmates and go to war
with that team, instead of almost the entire clan.
Just like many people, I really like my clan. Most of them donate well, they are friendly and active in the chat,
and, even more important, some I've known for months now and they became friends. However... many of those
friends are terrible at war attacks. Or even defense. I don't hold that against them, and I'm certainly not going
to kick them out of the clan just because of that, but it does not promote going to war. In fact, we have gone
down from as often as possible to only once a week. And that weekly war has become more of a fun thing, than
a serious battle for the glory and profits of the victory.
If (co)leaders can pick their own warriors to take in to battle (rounded down to a multiple of 5), then this will not
only increase the number of wars, but it will make people want to perform better so they get picked next time.
It will also give certain members a higher status in the clan because they belong to the warrior team.
The following is entirely optional, but I think it would be a nice idea to have the warriors bring home the spoils
of war and have the entire clan benefit from that. In other words, increase the reward for a victory, have the warriors
themselves take a percentage that is equal to the current takes in a war and devide the remaining loot among
the people who stay at home, who tend to the wounded and wash our blood soaked clothing.
I'm pretty sure the victors will be welcomed with a large feast and glorified in songs, long to be heard.
