Is supercell really this bad at support? You guys dont even bother to anwser this forum thread or anything?
I have waited for a month dammit.
Supercell, could you guys atleast tell me that you are not going to help me?

This is another problem that SC are creating for themselves (apart from the thousands of disatisfied customers, which maybe they don't care too much about now, but when people shy away from future products becsause of bad experiences they had with the current one, they should care). When we see on the forums that someone has had their ticket resolved before yours, even though it was requested days later, this makes us think "well, they must have skipped my ticket" so you request another...just in case (I've seen case where people have submitted 3 tickets for the same problem). So SC find themselves bogged down with repeat tickets/requests/emails. Why don't they post a daily list of resolved and to be resolved tickets so at least we have some idea, and maybe they will give themselves less work to do...surely they can extract it into an excel spreadsheet quickly and easily and post it here.

I did not wait another 4weeks but i still have waited for 6 weeks supercell, get this stuff fixed.

May i ask when the f##k should my turn be if i have waited for 6 weeks, which is twice the time supercell says one should wait?
If any one should be going off it would be me because i have been waiting 2 months and yet no help tell me then everyone has to wait more people have been getting help more then me. :(
No one has been getting anymore help than anyone else. For every thread here about a lost village, there are 100s of others waiting that don't go on the forums. Just because you use the forums doesn't mean you should get to cut the que. Also, no one has recently said the wait time was three weeks... You will need to be patient, support is still recovering from the backlog of CW, thus the unusually large wait times
You really need more people to help because i just posted my first problem with 2 email first one was the day it happened the 2nd one was week 2. about 1 month and 2 week to day i post my problem and then i get told to wait more longer.
It is best the next time Super Cell make's a game that they have people and plan's ready to fix asap.
That way people will have less problem's and the game will get better comment's.
so my advice help people and put update's a side.

1. In this thread about 6 posti back is a link to a guy who got his Problem fixed in 2 weeks due to the fact that had made a forum thread.
2.The Stick thread "common solutions to common problems " makes it very clear that the avarage wait time should be 2-4 weeks, not 6 weeks as i have waited, not to mention the guys who have 8-12 weeks.
That thread was made 3 weeks ago, around the sama time i made my thread. His got anwser and fixed near instantly, while i am still waiting. And if we compare ticket nunbers then we can see that mine is older than the fixed one.
Supercell i have Waited 2x the avarage wait time -.-
You have a lot of patience, I really don't know what to say. Customer service is really slow, hope you get your village back soon.
I just saw my first supercell reply. :D
It said that my ticket had been fowarded to their special support team.
So does anybody know how many months will it take for those guys to reply?
