Would These Features Help Clan Management?

1) Permanently store a user's customization to the "reason for kick" message on the local device and make it the default for future kicks. I would set mine to "You are missing upgrades to your buildings for your current town hall level" and use that for all my kicks.

2) Provide a "Kick" option directly in Clan chat, this way we don't have to bring up the list of clan members and scroll through it during under-45 recruitment.

3) When viewing an outside clan and then viewing the base of one of the clan members, return to the clan window after viewing the base. This way we don't have to browse our way to that clan again.

4) Allow clickable hyperlinks in the Clan description.

5) Allow the clan leader to set a "join message" which is displayed to all new clan members. Hyperlinks in the join message should be clickable.

6) Prevent new clan members from requesting troop donations until they have donated at least one troop.

7) Provide a "Ban" option from Clan chat which not only kicks a member but prevents them from re-joining the clan for 24 hours.

8) More stuff I can't think of right now.

Although this is in the wrong thread (Ideas and Feature Requests) I think there are so good ideas. I know it has been proposed before but also maybe a new Clan rank between leader and elder?

I agree with everything except 7. I think the ban might be a little too extreme. What if someone was kicked unintentionally and couldn't come back because of the ban?

For situation like this when I do not want kicked members to come back, I change my clan description to invite only.

And I do not agree with 8. 😝

Ideas are pretty good but wrong sub-forum.

I shamelessly reposted to General for the simple reason that the one I put in the Ideas subforum got NO VIEWS OR REPLIES, while in a fifth of the time this one got many views and replies.

The Ideas forum should be removed, with all the threads there dumped here. Making a separate subforum quite frankly is stupid because it gets no views. If they really want ideas to be separate they can tag the forum posts and provide a button for filtering. But they should all be in General.

Also, why would anyone object to #1 or #5? Makes no sense...

Number 4 could be abused with people posting links to porn sites, ect. All others are good ideas, however.

Having a separate elder chat wall is necessary . We chat on clan matters and new mates progress . Sensitive matters only to elders . Currently , we communicate through fb on clan matters .

I really like 1,6 and 7 but what we really need is another ranking system..the current one is really lame IMO and of course clans wars!
