I don't know about you guys but I am frankly sick and tired of spending so much money on this game and getting nothing back. The higher levels I go the more money I have to spend. If we all just stop spending money the producers will be forced into rewarding us. Let's start a revolution! This game has to be cheaper! Think of the millions they are making and not giving us anything back :(

Sure, we should be rewarded for playing for longer amounts of time, but there's no need to "start a revolution" here, I mean, come on, do you really think people are going to stop buying? The game's just too good and addicting.
Obviously not a real revolution. But they need to make the game cheaper I can't afford to spend anymore money on it and I know loads of people who spend too much and even use other peoples money because of addiction. They need to make it cheaper so those people are fairly treated and don't go over the too just to upgrade one defense. I am not buying anymore gems. I have a kick ♥♥♥ base and dragons pekkaz everything. They will lose like 100 quid a month from me. If t mobile care about 50 a month I'm sure they will care about 100, now imagine 100 people do the same. It will work and then you won't complain now will you! Don't get me wrong, one of the best games out right now! And I have ps4 and xbox one and Mac.... So that means something, it's just a rip off

If you can't afford to spend more money, then don't. Play the game, have fun. There's nothing wrong with that and It is def rewarding =]
You don't have to spend gems. It's all your decision. While in the upper levels it is geared towards spending money, they are not forcing you to but gems
Yeah, I see your point. I think that loyal gamers should be rewarded with a certain amount of gems every CoC season or something like that. Like, for example, say you play for x amount of hours. You'd receive a gem for every two hours played, at the end of the season.
Example:
In two weeks time (a season), you play 56hrs. (4hrs per day on avg.)
At the end of the two-week season, you receive 28 gems. (because you played 56hrs, 56/2=28)
I don't know, I just came up with that, but I think we should be rewarded for playing, somehow.
Supercell is a for profit business and clash of clans in their product. They already grace us free to players with free gems from obstacles and achievements. You expect them to turn the game into a charity? When an alcoholic gets into he's 3rd bottle of whiskey, do you expect the seller to make it cheaper knowing he's addicted and your product is the only thing that will satisfy his addiction?
Get real, be lucky gem costs isn't progressively higher as you level up!

however, I wouldn't be apposed to cosmetic rewards for loyal gamers.
Something like X amount of visual items for X amount of hours/days played. For example,
Instead of the old boring background that we all get tired of so quick, for someone who's played for a total of 24 online hours gets a new background - then for 48 hours you get some free flags, etc etc.. Just not In-game beneficial rewards. This would ensure its fair to ALL players
