My first guess is that her account is glitches and isnt giving her xp. She has 50k donations as well.

Maybe he/she is really lvl 111 but she modded in jailbreak to be lvl 11?

There have been level bugs in the past so this might just be a new one never before seen.

I think the funniest thing is she just keeps playing as a lvl 11 regardless. She should go for champ league and become the lowest level to ever do it, knocking "code red" out of the park...
