This base is lvl 11, w/TH 10 in crystal & achievements half complete, even if it's a gemmed base wouldn't that give experience that'd push her higher then lvl 11? I'm just curious about how they're lvl 11? I looked up the clan & base cuz I wanted to know if it was a photo shopped pic & it's not. Sorry if the answer is obvious, but it stumped me. TIA

Very strange because even if she/he gemmed everything, the XP from upgrades alone would put her/him past Lvl 11.
I usually dont say this, but its definitely photoshoped....
check the profile, it's legit. although probably due to sc zeroing the levels due to some infraction then anything.

if you don't collect the reward for the achievements, you won't get the experience.
not sure if all those upgrades on the buildings will push you past 11 tho....
