Hero advise please.....

Iv neglected my heroes bigtime, but now I want to focus on them... I need a bit of upgrading advise please.

Realistically I think I can keep them both constantly upgrading up until around level 20. Past that I'm not going to be able to keep up with the DE needed to upgrade.

So I'm just going to be upgrading one hero at a time from that point on, (this suits me fine as I will always have one hero to play with). I enjoy using heroes and I will still be able to enjoy them even if it's just one at a time.

Option A.

When I reach level 20 heroes.... Is it going to be better to just purely focus on one hero for a long time. Say take the Queen to level 30, then take the king to level 30, then max the queen and go back to upgrading the king.

This will give me access to a more powerful hero a lot sooner. I play with my level 20 king for 10 weeks then my queen gets to 30 and Its the kings turn.... For 10 week I get to rock a level 30 queen,before she goes back in for upgrades.

Option B.
I alternate upgrades and do them evenly..... Heroes progress at the same rate. Each week I get to play with a different and slightly more powerful hero.

Which upgrade method is better? I only really want the opinions of players with high level heroes and that have experienced them.

I have gotten both to level 15 because that is when the training time is the same.

From there I have sprinted my King to 25, upgrading my queen 1 more level when I had extra. I plan to switch over to my queen and get her to 25 next (doing a king upgrade if I could). I am doing it this way because then I don't actually miss the use of that hero because they are simply unavailable for... months. I picked level 25 because of clans wars. 10 levels is significant in terms of powerful and usefulness.

Advice will vary and it depends on what matters. I personally like focusing on one hero at a time because which hero is active affects which strategies I am using and if I am constantly changing - I have adjustment issues. If your doing clan wars I wouldn't let your heros be more than 10 levels apart. Once you hit 25 you really start to notice the power they bring. 30 is another big marker.

Personally its all preference. If you don't plan to war it shouldn't make a huge difference.

Once you start farming DE you will notice that farming DE is actually alot easier than you anticipated. By the time your Heroes hit 20, you will be a lot better at it and hey ya never know, might even be able to sometimes do both at same time. But, from my experience, trying to keep both heroes at the same level or within a few levels apart helps out a lot.

Im fine at DE farming... I usually get an make between 2500 and 3000 DE per raid using my balloon army. Its time more than anything... I enjoy playing casually and attacking now and then.

Can you explain this more? Mine are Bk 13 and AQ 9, so I am just starting to think about how to proceed. I figured pushing one higher would be better, as I would have the option of say spending 80k DE or 50k DE, rather than both at around the same price.

My base is maxed but my BK is 10 weeks from done so I have to speed up his build time to not go insane.

As you get closer to level 15, they actually get easier to farm for. Agree with everyone who said "Focus on both/alternate(BK to 4, AQ to 4, BK to 5, ETC).

Started reserving a builder for heroes so I'm curious about DE farming too.

Oops saw the thing about "I only want opinions from people with high level heroes". Want me to delete my post then?
