Is the loot bonus gone?

Call me crazy, but when I first started playing I thought there was a loot bonus for hitting a TH above you?

I got this from the Wiki:

• 5% for attacking someone with a Town Hall (TH) 4+ levels lower than the attacker's.
• 25% for attacking someone with a TH 3 levels lower than the attacker's.
• 50% for attacking someone with a TH 2 levels lower than the attacker's.
• 90% for attacking someone with a TH 1 level lower than the attacker's.
• 100% for attacking someone with a TH level equivalent to the attacker's.

Where did the bonus go? Or have I lost my mind again?

I think it is gone since the almighty great December update.

but there is still loot penalty?

They increased the loot cap so they reasoned those bonuses weren't longer necessary.

Heavier attacks, like when I TH7 lightnings DE storage of a TH10 and gets a bonus for doing so?

I believe they only got an extra bonus when they won (in addition to the league bonus)
Not sure on that one tho
