only 1 archer tower is lv 10.. AQ and BK are both at 20..
152 lv 8 walls and 98 lv 9 walls.. maxed troops except DE troops..
i like the extra DE collector at th10.. the only reason i'd be staying at th9 is for the walls.. which may not be a good reason..

IMO stay at TH9 max everything because TH10 loot pen sucks
I too have a maxxed th9(except cc and one tesla). im currently farming lvl9 walls, got 150ish left to do then im planning on doing lvl10 walls.
I suppose it all down to what you want from the game. in most games you can complete most levels without doing everything and get to the end and move to the next game. im one of those that has to complete every single part of the level before I move on. the upside is that cus I hardly have any gold I don't get raided apart from th snipes.
are IT and the extra de drill worth it?
To add to your consideration, TH10 also offers 25 more troop space in camps and CC.
Also freeze spell, level 6 wiz, level 4 drag, level 4 pekka, level 6, level 6 minions, level 6 wb etc etc.
Basically all the useful stuff for clan wars.
I'd stay at TH9 if I were U.
Work on those walls and heroes !
Than letting your builders sit idle.
if you care about gold efficiency, and maxing L10 walls, stay th9, otherwise off to th10 you go.
