I post post a pic of my town from my phone but I'm a fairly active player. Usually on before and after work. I have been donating 800 - 1000 troops per season and I use both attacks in each war.
I'm trying to find a clan that doesn't put up with drama and doesn't make special rules for certain players. I don't expect elder or co on any time period.
BTW I'm 29 and work a professional job.

Any chance you have a feeder clan? We have 6-8 members of our clan looking to make a move. We are mostly adults with the exception of 2 completely badass teens. We love our clan, but the leader is a bit on the racist side and we just aren't comfortable with their decisions. My husband and I, his best friend since second grade and his fiancé, my gay bae, and two teens from a former clan of my husbands friend. We like to have fun, are all extremely active. One crystal, 4 gold and the rest silver. We won't make a move unless their is room for all. We have another couple that came with us, but not exactly sure if they are ready to go.
