I think its a cool idea, but it needs more. Does it just go after clan castle troops? Also,if there are no clan castle troops in the enemy base, what would it attack?Whats its favorite target?

Why not as it loses health it goes into berserk mode, It increases DPS and increases speed instead of when it smells CC troops.
YES! This would be great for luring out and destroying CC troops, but quite expensive. Maybe 200 DE for lvl 1 and for max wolf 300 DE?

Instead of Blood lust though, it should use a howl called "Wild Cry" to call "Wild" Wolves into the battle. Keep the Clan Castle Troop ability just for the Dark Elixir born wolf only.

As you level up, the spawn rate increases by 10. As well to the damage and HP.
I would think this can be better, because the Wild Wolf is more powerful, despite the Hp.
Being more powerful in the presence of a hero would be an excellent and unique ability. Honestly though that's one huge wolf. Personally i would retool the stats to make it a 2-3 space troop, cheaper, lower dmg. That way you could bring a pack of them
We already have an abundance of troops to select from. If anything, i would reduce the amount of troops and increase the ability each existing troop. For instance, add HP to wizards, allow healers to heal dragons etc.

Sorry, but this is kinda OP and useless at the same time if you think about it....
A troops that's special ability is only a slight speed/DPS boost for CC troops. Otherwise an amazingly fast, high DPS/ Expensive DE troop that takes 16 spaces.
Statistically, archers are the most common CC troops are archers, and a few barbs (or Lightning spell) will take care of them. Besides, only 40% of bases probably have CC troops in them.... It seems too, too OP, looking at its health.
If the CC are stronger (e.g. Wizards) , then it will still be OP.

As I feel as though you should maybe tap more into the whole targeting of clan troops. Like maybe his ability comes up when clan castle troops are released to defend
what if the wolf was not a troop, but a pet or something for a DE Hero? so the de hero's ability is to deploy a pet, e.g. a wolf that calls out and ddraws clan troops and heros from whatever they are doing.
If they are about to take out your barb king / golem or whatever you drop your pet and he howls, they drop what they are doing and go for him...
higher level, means another pet with another ability?
i think this idea can be developed into something real cool

The wolf should be fray I think
It's good but I think it is too... Normal. I love his ability, a fury induced by himself, but the wolf isn't so particular... It maybe a werewolf or another legendary wolf like Fenrir, or a wolf-rider, a particular, raging kind of hog rider... Anyway, good idea!:):):cool: I will upgrade my darkbarracks immediately!!

Like the idea but should change the troop's name
They get hungry. Wolves arent savage. Thats a common misconception. Actually, they are pretty calm and sneaky... sneaking in then pouncing for the food. Half the time you dont know theyre there.
Now when they are discovered, they decide to use speed, which creates the misconceptions. They arent Doge all the time.

What if you changed it from a wolf to a werewolf? A werewolf seems more apart of the game. Well to me at least.
The ability may need some tweaking, cause not everybody has clan castle troops in their clan castle. So you would need a more all around ability that will activate every game.
All in all I think it's a real idea.
I Know, i am trying to figure out something to improve my Special Ability. Do you have any suggestions? Everybody thinks that a werewolf makes more since to the game. But really it doesn't. Wolves make WAY more sense. What makes you think that a werewolf is more a part of the game?
Wolves are my favorite animal don't get me wrong, but the game features many sub-humans and creatures that do not exist. The game is a basis of the unnatural than the natural. It makes more since because as you see there is a Dragon in the game. A mythical creature that does not exist on this planet. Maybe on another one but not this. (Not being sarcastic) So if you just put an ordinary creature within the game it's puts a ordinary creature in a non ordinary game.
As for the ability I had the thought of maybe double damage against heroes as in the since as they shed blood. Or when a enemy hero falls they go in to blood frenzy and increase damage by 20 and speed by 5. Nothing to overpowered.
Also in the idea of stats if it was a wolf housing space, damage and HP would less while speed was more. But in the idea of a werewolf housing space, damage, and HP would be more but speed would be less.
this looks like an overpowered version of a hog rider that can't jump walls with a 16 troop space. i think these would never be used kind of like a valkrye i believe it would be cool if it had like a 6 maybe 8 troop space and the special ability would be balanced. maybe even have another special ability making it do more damage against walls cc troops or have it go for resource containers first kinda like a giant goes for defenses just throwing out some ideas

look the wolf Needs some changes it Needs a Special ability... like when fighting clan Castle troops it does and has 120% more health and dps. also the wolf follows the nearest troop around and helps out. for example: if a pekka is chasing a Butterfly the wolf will follow the pekka and help. oh and you should also up the damage per second by like 40 and increase the health by 300-500.

I dont know i like this. The ability is not that effective, just like the barb kings rage ability. Plus I cant see people using this. It is just too generic. Wolves have been a popular idea but they aren't really unique like DE troops should be.

However, it is not a bad idea. It would be a good just in case of cc troops especially if its favorite target was cc troops. Definitly bring down the training time though. Only prob is lightning spells are just as effective. But still not bad
That I have to agree with. Maybe have the special be something along the lines of howls and causes cc troops to flee and defenses to decrease their rate of fire for a short period. Just a suggestion. You know how it is. :D

The idea of a wolf is something I've been longing to be added. It should be the fastest of all units and should have reasonable melee strength. Because it is a wolf I don't think it should take up more than 5 housing space and therefore not too costly.
My ideas for the wolf's special trait could be as follows:
1. A damage bonus when fighting all land units.(if so the housing space will need to be increased so that wolves won't be to op defending bases.)
2. Due to the wolf's speed it can set off traps without taking damage by quickly avoiding them. Although it still can be damaged by traps when in combat with structure/unit or when immobilized.
3. Immune to lobbed attacks like archer towers, mortars etc.(not immune to archers on ground)
4. All or a combination of two from above.
Can't wait for wolves. Winter is coming...
Who thinks i should change the Special Ability?
Barbarians special trait is their overall cheap cost and 1 housing space, making them easy for swarming attacks.
The archers special trait early on is their ability to shoot over walls.
Goblins are used for raiding because of that lust for loot.
Giants are cheap tanking units that are used to soak up damage.
Bombers can easily break those walls.
Air balloons were the first air units which cause large damage in the early game.
Wizards had powerful splash damage to just wreck stuff.
Healers are the only unit to heal.
Dragons were expensive and housing space costly creatures that could tank and deal a lot of damage.
And of course the pekka is the Almighty hard hitting tanks that don't need dark elixir powers.
What I'm saying is, all troops have their unique qualities that can manipulate how the battle is played.
Our task is just to figure out what new trait can be added that could change the game. Once we figure that out, then we generate a name for that troop. I mean who thought of the P.E.K.K.A?

About that... 5 more coming our way. In dark barracks it shows 5 training slots that say "coming soon" but i agree that we need to let supercell know what we want so they can incorporate our ideas into the game. Keep the ideas flowing it cant hurt only help!
You are basically saying that the Elixir troops do special things too. They don't. Dark Elixir troops can do special things. The things that your said the Elixir Troops can do is just really what they are suppose to do and what they are for. All the things that you mentioned are not really special. Dark Elixir Troops actually can do special things.
