25% would be a bit much on the dps I think...but it's a good number for the speed increase...that's 30 speed while in the frenzy

It would just increase the Damage Per Second by 20 making it 100 Damage Per Second. Plus it will only be 100 Damage Per Second and 44 (I think) Movement Speed for 30 seconds.

Should i make it a 25% Increase? Yes or No?
