Fix to unwanted wars!

It seems like a very common complaint is that wars will be started by a co, and no one will know who it is. Most of the time, this new war is unwanted or off schedule. An easy fix for this problem would be that a war can only start when TWO co leaders or the leader press start war. I haven't seen this idea yet, but if it has already been suggested, please forgive me.

Imagining inactive cos/a co going on vacation therefore time be unnecessarily prolonged until his return.

I never said that it was my co leaders that were doing this, I've just noticed it is something that is complained about a lot.

Leaders can also start wars without any help from co leads. The only difference in my plan is that it takes 2 co leaders to start a war instead of 1.

You are correct it is complained about a lot. However, IMO it shouldn't be... If clans are managed well it's not a problem. Clan Wars is effectively going to segment the "Join now for free co-lead" clans and glue strong clans together even more. Give it a year...
