Lost village for a month now
After reading the forums I came to the understanding that my ticket wouldn't be answered until 2-4 weeks after submission and at that time I should post if it has not been resolved by then...... well here I am ticket #2882813. I even provided the playerID # of the village I was trying to get restored due to a submission from a previous support request. I understand that there are a lot of tickets especially after clan wars started but if customer service is this far behind maybe it would be prudent to hire more tech support personnel. This microtransaction game is being reported by Supercell to be bringing in over a million dollars a week. Please look into my ticket.
So I post this over a week ago
I posted this over a week ago plus my month of waiting before I posted and yet still no reply. Five weeks with not even so much as a dev updating me on an approximate time frame. I guess I will join the growing list of people bumping daily just so my post doesn't get lost on page 500.
