So are you blaming the 4th builder for the crappy loot you have been getting? I think that's a bit superstitious when in fact this game fluctuates a ton is a based on stats. Get a new trophy range to find better loot, and plus, people have already been complaining about the loot lately so I think it's not the builders fault lol:p
