I believe some of you always attack the lower or the same town hall level, or sometimes higher. I just thingking can supercell make the battle equal. so we can attack only the same town hall levels.:confused::rolleyes:

The penalty of less loot for attacking lower level th is enough. Dont need to be forced to attack same level th. many people end up attacking a similar level th without this. Im sorry for kindof shooting down ur idea. But i see where u r comming from.w
