Whow! What a detailled request! There is no real point in makink so vague requests. Orc would be a ground army quite similar to a barbarian no?
Orc could wield an ax, and do time an a halfdamage as a barbarian, but move at 3/4 speed of barb.
He could run really at movement of 64 twice as fast as regulars. And ability "I want loot!" Which has a rage spell and he summons more goblins
