Well you see.. if is easy to wait on builders, why buy more? most the gemmer buy the builder because they get so much loot
I really can't see their revenue going up by lowering the builders price

Your comparing two single transactions (lvl4 and lvl5 builder) approx $25 for gems to hundreds of dollars in upgrades that take place. So if people are willing to pay way more money for upgrades......and we don't limit how much they can upgrade by offering cheaper builders.....its simple to see people will spend more money.

Ultimately its a good suggestion. It comes down to which makes more money ( buying more builders, and ppl gemming to finish builds ) or ( people gemming upgrades) and only supercell will know and be able to weigh the costs.
