One question
I max all defence and have gold mine all lvl 10 and elixir lvl 8 + Dark barrack lvl 2
So i upgrade to th9 + dark barrack or wait and upgrade elixir collector?

Sorry man, you are going to have to wait. You have to max out everything!
You're level 80 with a TH8, upgrade your resource collectors. Max them out so you don't have to stress over them looking embarrasing.

Do you want to take a break from the game or not, since you probably won't want to raid with full storages? If so, then upgrade collectors. If not, then, no, upgrade th and then keep playing? How is someone else supposed to make this decision for you?
