Donating Resources in Clash of Clans

I really think almost every clasher has wanted this in the game: Donating resources in your clan.


So i thought it would work like this:

-You must be in the clan atleast 1 week to be able to request resources.

-You can only request resources 1 every 2 days or so.

-The resources would be in the clan castle (like the clan war loot).

-Your clan castle can hold 1000 resources of each except dark elixer for every housing space you clan castle has and 50 dark elixer for every housing space you clan castle has and will only be able to collect dark elixer after the player has unlocked his dark elixer storage, just like the clan war loot.

-There would be a collect Donation button just like there is a collect war loot button.

-There would be a Request Resources button just like Request troops.


That's really all i have for now so i hope you guys agree and would like feedback.
I will edit this when i get more ideas or feedback from you guys.

Actually my clan has been talking about that idea recently, and I think it's great, but you should be able to store a more significant amount like 50,000 gold and elixir on level 1 clan castle and more on higher levels and you should also be able to do it as often as normal troop donations

I think supersell needs to do this it's a good plan but you need a bit longer cool down like 3 to 4 days

No thx - I'll happily share troops with lower members to help them raid, but if they cant use them to increase their own stores then they need to go and learn how.

Resource sharing has been ruled out for a simple reason: easily abused by multi accounts. Please refer to the sticky thread here: http://forum.supercell.net/showthrea...rum-guidelines

Sadly, there's no way for supercell to police whose eligible for withdraws of resources and who isn't. It could quickly turn into a supercell nightmare and end up killing the game. No just no. Upgrade your elixir pumps, gold mines, and dark drills till their maxed. If you want quicker resources, buy gem packages and purchase the resources your self. There are ways of getting resources that supercell has provided.

This could be a way that higher players in a clan can support their younger player. At th5 or 6, 300k gold is a lot but at th10 it's a lot less.

The problem I can see is that younger player may rely on resource donations at the lower levels too much. This is the time when you really should be developing your own abilities to raid and get loot by yourself because when you get higher you're not going to be able to request all the loot you're going to need. It may also put a strain on higher players if they feel they have to donate resources all the time too. 300k a day wouldn't be too taxing but if you had to do it two or three times a day, in the end you wouldn't be able to upgrade anything yourself and may just leave to go to a better clan that doesn't request loot all the time.

Finally, this has been an idea suggested (in different forms) since the beginning of the forums. I imagine that Supercell have thought about the Pros and Cons and I'm pretty sure they've conclusively ruled it out in the stickies. So I wouldn't hold my breath or anything.

I would abuse this feature I would start a clan and give my th 6 account 100,000 of each from my th9 I allready do give myself drags and lvl5 wizards
