Yes go into the AppStore. At the bottom you will see your account. Click on it and there will be a payment methods option. Go in there and change the card
Yes. Depending what you use it goes through google+ or itunes. Change it there
I use g+ and dno how to change it
Yes, just go to your Billing Option in your Apple Account and change the Credit Card Information
