Level means nothing. Im level 85 and not yet maxxed at TH 8. That metric is heavily influenced by donations.

Donation = time, higher level = played longer, played longer and still not have maxed basic troops = slow progression/bad at decision making. I think I made my point.

No, you haven't at all. You keep demostrating that you are a troll, nothing more. Here is where you are wrong (not that you don't already know):

Who said I haven't maxxed basic troops? All of my farming troops have been maxxed for some time now. The only lab upgrades I have left are a couple of spell upgrades, DE troop upgrades (well, minions level 2 almost done), and dragons/pekkas.

Saying that I have slow progression and poor decision making is downright laughable (which I guess is exactly what you were aiming for).

Donations do not equal time in any way, shape, or form. Donations are based on activity level, how often your clannies request troops, and your personal generosity. I completed my Friend in Need achievement long ago. For the record, that achievement is earned when you gain 25,000 XP from donations. Yes, 25,000 XP. That is enough XP to go from level 50 to level 59, with some left over. Factor in the many thousands of XP that I have earned since then, and you can see how the effect is huge.

Just because you don't have as much as XP as someone else doesn't mean they have been playing longer and are doing something wrong. If you would kindly stick to writing "guides" and avoid trying to discredit others, it would be appreciated.

I did not said you don't have maxed basic troops. If you're not going to read what I was referring ill explain to you again. The "other" person did not have lvl 5 Wb because of "other" priorities AND he said he don't need it. You replied saying level has to do with donation, I said level has to do with play time and base advancements. I don't see how I'm trolling when I'm pointing out its not a good idea to have lvl 4 Wb at lvl 78. I know you probably won't even bother reading before replying again so don't worry about it.

I have read this thread and saw that you have been responding to him on his issue, so the likelihood that you were repeating yourself while quoting me and referring to someone else is quite low. You are saying 25,000 troops donation =/= time spent. Explain how being active isnt equal to spending more time online. That's quite a feat so do not tell me you spend less time than me on the game because your level reflects that unless you're a gemmer, which I doubt is the case.

If my lab has been active the whole time since I started then that means I have upgraded different troops instead of WBs, how can you not understand such a basic thing?

I have prioritised other troop upgrades instead of WBs because i feel they are good enough at lvl 4, especially since the upgrade because they are just ridiculously good now, and has therefore upgraded different troops instead.

You might have gemmed all your troops in the first week but i havent.

That I have higher level then you has nothing to do with this at all. It only means that Im a more generouse person then you, especially if your close to maxing TH8.

And even if im more active then you that does not change the updatetime in the lab, its not like the timer goes faster just because your active you moron.

A serious attacker will give me a shield and never take more than 50k gold in my case, maybe thats cause you never have enough gold for anyone to care about your base

I put my Townhall outside so my cook doesn't need to climb all the walls just to collect mushrooms for my lunch fresh from the forest and to collect blueberries for my afternoon pie.

I don't see any reason to change that.

No base can be perfect, each base can be wrecked somehow, being a farmer or not, having your townhall inside or outside; it won't matter, because there must be a key for every base to wreck it down.

That's not necessarily true, but undoubtedly the case for a protected will be made much stronger by the update. The devil (or angel) is in the details, many of are still unknown.
