Clan Wars: Active Member Participation

Thank you for the most strategic game since chess.

The Proposal
Please introduce a feature where members of a clan have to actively ELECT to ENTER or JOIN the War Zone on an individual basis to stop serious clans (like ourselves and many of our friends) ending up creating separate war clans just for war purposes.

The Problem
We're a 50-member clan with committed, active members that have been playing CoC for more than a year. We like to war frequently as we enjoy the additional excitement of the Clan Wars BUT not all our members can partake every time. This dilemma forced us to create a separate clan just for Clan War purposes to ensure that all members actively participate on war day ... (This creates additional problem like not having clan war stats associated with our original clan and resetting of member stats when jumping between clans)

We also found EASY victories against opponents that face the same dilemma where 10-15% of their members didn't participate in the war ... although one might think yeah easy victory and loot it actually takes a lot of the enjoyable tension and fun out of clan wars...

The Solution
The solution is to ACTIVATE the WAR ZONE when the leader (or co-leader) elect to go to war ... Members of the clan will then have a specific time period (defined by the leader activating the War Zone) to actively JOIN the WAR ZONE if they can and want to participate in the next clan war. Current clan war rules such a minimum of 15 members participating in the war in multiples of 5 will still prevail BUT joining members will take up positions on either a first join basis or strongest player bases (as set by the leader activating the war zone).

Doing it this way will ensure MUCH MORE ENJOYMENT of the current great Clan War feature by ensuring participation by all members that elected to join the war zone...

Surely you don't expect leaders and co-leaders to kick longstanding members of a clan the kick loyal members who for whatever reason can not participate in the next clan war ... I'm also sure the intention in not in encourage players to create dedicated war clans ...
