One if my clan or has an issue similar to this, but his account was sold with out him knowing weird i know, its been four nearly 5 weeks, he sent it twice, got an email saying its in the wrong section and he needed to resend it, after over 4 weeks & it was an automated email!
I posted a thread on the forum, as he was unable to log into the game, used the given email by the forum members, waited and waited, saw many forumers get pushed up the list by mods and other senior members, I tried was shot down, messaged Steve on the 4th week after my friend had not received a reaponse and, well it was ignored, no reply, nothing.
so I wouldn't bother getting to much hope up, its a rather appalling service for a company that makes so much money, but I do feel sorry for you, I hope you get it sorted out this side of the year!
It may be quicker to contact apple instead and see about getting you logged out of any devices your game centre and Apple ID may be assigned to. They usually take around 24-48 hours to get a reply sorted.
You can delete/unlink your apple ID to all your devices through apple care. Make sure you have valid ID and that you know the answer to your security questions before you use this option.
Mind giving us an IGN or clan to see if this is all legitimate?
