since a lot of clans require members to donate troops to help out each other, but the donation in clan war don't count. this will limited the number of donation and make the leaders to donate most of the time. Clan war troops donation should also be counted so members can meet the clans requirements and help donate troops on clan war as well.

They should really put in the stickies right next to where they say search up an idea before posting your own to not bring back one of 3+ months.
