Allow us to demote members further

Or it would give him a hint to start contributing. I doubt as many people as you think would just quit, especially if you know them irl.

Let's face it, 98% of clans have their core members, and the rest is filled with people who come and go. Wouldn't it be nice to set new members to initiative status for a few days to have them contribute? Heck, we just recruited someone last night and his donation ratio is 5 to 100 already. The option to stop these people from doing this would be so beneficial to the rest of the clan.

Maybe upon demotion, he would not be able to request. Only donate.

I would be in favor of being able to set a minimum donation ratio, so that if someone falls under this ratio, they automatically would get a message "sorry, you should give troops before requesting again".

I think it's fine the way it is. If someone asks for donations, then why not let the people who want to donate just do it? No one's forced to donate. If the donor wants to donate, so be it. A member with a bad donation ratio may be asked to donate more, but if the other members don't like that he's not donating back, they'll just not donate to him.

I would name this rank "Initiate".
SC could ofcourse also make us name our own ranks.. make the leader able to adjust rank naming and settings.

I approve of this idea, would really bring something to managing the clan.

Not bad... Possibly a better solution to just straight kicking
