Stall Cancel or Price Changes

So typical that i put somthing for sell and then my boat needs it or a truck order comes in. Rather than scrambling to find a neighbor to buy it and resell -- how about letting us cancel it and reclaim to our barn/silo if there's room. Or buy it back from ourselves?

Or... what about letting us change the price on items once they're posted. I've posted items without increasing the price by mistake before; and there are times when things haven't sold and i'd like to just reduce the price to get rid of it. You could have an indicator to show it's been marked down for bargain hunters.
