I think walls are so overpriced. 30K gold for ONE small segment of lvl 5 wall is just too expensive for th5/6 when you are supposed to be able to get them. I believe it is the same with other th lvls. I am upgrading to th7 and still have mainly lvl4 walls because they are just too expensive. Either that or increase collector production.

I came in here thinking you were talking about lvl 9 walls for 1 mil per wall, or lvl 10 walls for 3 mill each, but you're talking about lvl 5 gold walls?!?!

Walls are a GRIND. They help separate the noobs from serious players, and they cost a lot to reward those who have the patience and dedication to build high level walls.
Some reward they don't make that much of a difference (Hogs jump over them for example)Quote:

If you feel that way, then I think you should stay with gold or pink walls. Then watch the replays from people who attack you up in high gold and crystal league :D When they steamroll your base with nothing more than a cheap lvl 6 giant + barch army, I bet you'll feel differently about walls.Quote:

If you prefer to leave your base open to attacks from a greater range of player armies, then go for it. The collectors don't collect fast enough I think that is the problem. Seriously 2200 per HOUR when you have to pay 30K for one wall segment and 3100 per hour for lvl 11 when 1 wall segment costs several mil per segment at the higher levels even when you times that by 6 it is still 18,600 which means it would take 53-54 hours over 2 DAYS. I suppose that is what loot is for but it would still take around 1 day of constant raiding and collecting to get 1 mil to upgrade ONE wall segment (Maybe not even one for lvl 10 or 11)Quote:
