No, hogs can jump over infinite walls but 1 layer at a time

i attacked a base that had 4wall layers and the hog did a big jump over them. they are not limited to 1 layer per jump. if they did everyone would be using 2layer anti hog bases.

No a jump spell makes them jump so high that it acts like a spring trap.

As long as the walls are layered without empty space between them the hogs will jump over them with one leap. I was attacking a base with 3 layer walls in clan wars and did a hog raid just to teach the guy a lesson about three layer walls. :D

I attacked a base with almost no loot once just to test this theory, he had his th in the middle and all of his walls around the TH, no clue how many layers it was, they cleared them all though!

You need to use 6 jump spells AFTER breaking all of the walls with level one wallbreakers. Then you will get unlimited gems.
