This would be exactly like the player's village, but for the entire clan, so the entire clan can contribute to defences, upgrades etc. Other clans would be able to attack your village, and vice-versa with clan troops. To upgrade things, people would have to donate resources and use their own builders. This is just to see if people would like the idea, and I'm sure people like Mastermind could come up with a better implementation.

The upgrading using your Builder is a great idea with your resources. Yes this will favor people with more builder huts and people who already maxed everything. However there is still downtime where there will be idle builders. Have the cost be a bit cheaper as it is a Clan village. Also the upgrade time can be shorten.
-Rewards
EXP for people who donate/upgrade. Possible resources that can be put towards upgrades for the Clan village, leader can pick what they want to allocate resources to. For example lets say Leader wants to upgrade Wizard towers. They can put X amount towards it then let a member finish the rest + his builder max of 25-50% of total cost. This way even low lvl members can help towards a larger building.
