Why cannot you donate resources. Of course there would have to be controls for a TH10 donating millions to th6 (Maybe 500K max donation for th5, 600K for th6 etc and 7K dark elixir for th7 and 8k for th8 etc) and you wouldn't be able to donate gems

Hi, your idea of donating resources is very creative, however it has been officially ruled out by Supercell for the following reasons:
1. Players would make multiple accounts to get lots of resources for themselves (self donating)
2. It would decrease the sales of gems, which is Supercell's main income

By the way sorry if this has been ruled out the sticky doesn't say what has been ruled out at least by my interperetation
i do not know what you mean but mods lock threads on the ruled out list, plus as explained those are big issues why it cant be done
It might not decrease sales of gems because impatient people like me may want to rush building something. However players donating to themselves could be a problem but they would have to keep their accounts a pretty high level to be able to donate anything substantial in rescources to their main account if it is a high level which would be time consuming.Quote:
